A Green Space like a Landscape Painting

In front of the main entrance, we create a green volume that cuts out of a natural grove of trees. By using uneven and translucent materials, we incorporated changes of season and time into the space. The tree that lies boldly is a bench made of bundles of solid cedar wood, and serves as a meeting spot at the entrance. Despite its smallness, it brings color to the residence, creating “nature like a painting”.
